1. Our Services

• Software Development: Custom Application Development and Business Process Automation.

All projects are subject to a mutually agreed-upon proposal that outlines the specific scope, pricing, and deliverables.

2. Starting a Project

A project commences only after you accept our formal proposal. This ensures we both have a clear understanding of the objectives, timeline, and investment.

3. Payments & Fees

We agree on a payment schedule (e.g., an initial deposit, milestone payments, and a final balance) in our proposal. To keep your project on track, please note:

• Payments are due as per the agreed schedule.
• Once work has begun, payments for completed phases are non-refundable.
• Significant delays in payment may result in a temporary pause of project work.

4. Client Responsibilities

A successful project is a collaborative effort. To help us deliver the best results, we rely on you to:

• Provide the necessary information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials you provide (images, text, logos) are yours to use and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• Review our work and provide clear, consolidated feedback at the designated stages.

5. Intellectual Property

We take pride in our creative work. The designs, code, and content we create for you remain our intellectual property until the project has been paid for in full. Upon final payment, ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you.

We love to showcase our work and typically include completed projects in our portfolio. If you prefer to keep your project confidential, please let us know in writing, and we will honor your request.

6. Revisions & Delays

Our proposals include a set number of revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by late client feedback, third-party service issues (like hosting or domain providers), or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Third-Party Services

We often use high-quality third-party platforms and services (e.g., hosting providers, software plugins) to build your solution. We are not liable for the performance, downtime, or terms of these external services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ammar Worldwide Web Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have paid for the services in question.

9. Confidentiality

We promise to treat your business information, data, and login credentials with strict confidentiality. We expect the same respect for any proprietary information we share with you.

10. Privacy

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services in cases of non-payment, client misconduct, or illegal activity. In such an event, no refunds will be provided for work already completed and delivered.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
